A project manager is assigned to every project. The project manager becomes the focal point for all exchanges of information and is responsible for the timely completion and success of the project. The project manager's responsibilities are different on every project, depending on the project requirements. Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:

  • Regular progress reports to the customer

  • Tracking the components required for the project

  • Making sure the established time line is met

  • Tracking change controls

  • Scheduling delivery and installation in an effective manner

  • Deal with any problem, or delays

  • Over see onsite installation
