The DC Mailer (U.S. patent 5,232,147) is a patented product which provides an economical system for personalizing and mailing membership cards, preferred customer cards, and a variety of other cards. It does this by combining a continuous die cut Peel A Part mailer with an addressable card insert. (plastic or paper) Through the use of a DC Mailer, cards contained in the mailer can be personalized on a printer, burst, line holes trimmed, and mailed with a minimum of handling.
