Depot Repair

SuperUser Solutions provides depot repair services at its facility in Bradford, PA. Included with each item sent, customers are to include a detailed list of the problems or repairs required. SuperUser Solutions will then return the equipment as soon as practical, pending delivery of parts necessary to repair the equipment.

Training

Training is broken into four levels. The amount of information conveyed at each level is typically reviewed and agreed upon with management during the program development stage. This is different for each application, normally larger companies prefer less information at the operator level where smaller companies want everyone to know everything about everything.

• Operator Training is typically the basic information required to set up and operate a given piece of equipment, program, or system.
• Supervisor or Forman Training includes the operator training and some of the basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintenance Training is a detailed training of the equipment including all of the first two levels. The equipment is also partially disassembled to review potential wear items, potential failure items and detailed maintenance items.
• Service Training can sometimes be done at the customer's location but is typically done at a fabricator location. This level of training is designed for customers who desire to have their personnel trained as a service technician.

Clients receive documentation and if applicable, user manuals for each of the pieces of equipment or services purchased. In the case of custom software purchasing, clients receive detailed application user manuals.
